Because Softmarx LLC. offers non-tangible irrevocable products and services, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed and the product is downloaded, or the services has been provided. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any item on our site.
Reimbursement requests can be processed for the following reasons:
The product was not sent: due to some email problems from your email provider or your own mail server, you may not receive a delivery email. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance, by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims for non-delivery must be sent to our Billing department in writing within 14 days after the order placement date. Otherwise, the product or services will be considered received and downloaded.
Problems to download and unzip: you may have problems downloading the product or unzipping it. Claims related to these problems should be sent to our Technical Support department. If you do not contact us properly during this period, you accept that silence is a successful download of the product without the right to repair or refund for a reason of “download problem”. If assistance is not received to download or decompress in 3 days, a refund rejection may occur.
Defects in the product: although all products are tested thoroughly before publication, unexpected errors may occur. Such problems should be sent for approval by the technical support team. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a deficiency is approved and we do not correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notice provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without compensation. Or, at the customer’s option, the replacement of the product can be offered for the same value; keep in mind that our technicians can request temporary access to your server to identify and solve possible problems with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the problem. Refusal to provide access to its gravity will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
